Refund & Returns Policy

  • The product must include all original packaging, accessories, and invoice

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Return requests made after 3 days of delivery

  • Discounted or clearance items (if mentioned)

3. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

For example:

  • Mobile Banking (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)

  • Bank Transfer

4. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged or defective, we will:

  • Replace it with the same product, or

  • If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

5. Shipping Cost

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, the return shipping cost will be covered by us

  • In other cases, the customer may need to cover the return shipping cost

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • A short description of the issue
